Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, was raised in Wellington) is a Canadian actor from Canada. Paquin, born in Winnipeg and raised by Wellington Paquin's acting debut was as Flora McGrath. For this role, she won an Academy Award of Best Supporting Actress in the romantic drama The Piano at the young age of 11. She was the second youngest recipient in Oscar History.
